Welcome to Bhutan Door Adventure (BDA) and thank you for choosing us. Bhutan Door Adventure is a government licensed travel agent, run by Mr. Kephel Dorji who worked for tourism industry for more than eight years. It was established during the year 2005. It is his passion of tour guiding that made him to start his own business. With his past experience he likes to help visitors explore the genuine hospitality and the Bhutanese way of life. Though the two main tours offered by BDA are cultural and natural tours, Kephel and his professional team likes customizing special interest tours.
The BDA team believes that it is important to share with our guests the beautiful environment and happiness of the Bhutanese people by keeping in mind the company’s core objective of “fulfilling the wishes of our guests.”

As you endeavor to travel halfway around the world, it is not enough just to be shuttled from temple to temple and from tourist shops to familiar food places. My pledge and purpose is to provide you with the opportunity to immerse yourself in a land of breath taking beauty, a culture of sacred tradition, and a people of genuine hospitality.

As you travel with BDA you will experience school children shying their smiles at your presence, the sound of beautiful prayer wheels together with young and old chanting prayers, and making your way through spiritual valleys adorned with colorful prayer flags. We provide the explanation, the history, and the connection between these elements that will help enrich your experience of visiting Bhutan.

Yes we are in the business of tour operations but we seriously wish to contribute to the economy and welfare of my beloved country. This includes providing employment for our youth, offering support to the government, and most importantly, directly helping our local communities.
